Automated tests on patches generate a CI error.

This is because there are two workbench_moderation_test modules, one from before the 'Drafty support rewrite' and one after.

Committed and pushed. Thanks for the continuous work on the 3.x issues!
I'll do my best to handle RTBC issues, but since I'm not using 3.x and originally had an agreement only to make changes to the 2.x branch I'm most likely not very useful for other things ;)
I'd advocating to add additional maintainers for the 3.x branch if there are any volunteers.
