I have an issue since I upgraded to php 7.0.13 on my Drupal 7.52. Automatic backups during cron run are not generated and also trying to manually create a standard backup fails, I receive after a few seconds a http error 500 in my browser. This both worked fine when running on php 5.5 and 5.6... Does anybody know how to resolve this? I tried both module versions 7.x-2.8 and the latest 7.x-3.1.

My workaround is to temporarily switch back to php 5.6, do the manual backup (which generates my gzip file of 85,8 MB), then switch back to php 7, but it's quite annoying...

Thanks in advance.
