Problem/Motivation

This is analogous to the work we did in #2828627: Topic extend-manual-install -- would be better to suggest uploading archive and unpacking on server to include some specifics about using the archive files.

Proposed resolution

Update the install-prepare topic, similar to what we did in extend-manual-install on the other issue.

Remaining tasks

a) Make a patch for install-prepare with these changes.

b) Notify translation groups about the changes.

Here is a proposed patch for this topic. Reviews please?

Note: The instructions we had for this topic were a bit garbled as far as unpacking... they never actually said to unpack the files. ?!? Anyway, this should make it a bit better.

Looks good to me. Thanks @jhodgdon. I've just committed this, and also update any non-translated files in the various language directories and will post a comment to each of the related issues.
