I don't think you are working on this file yet... But I just made a change to the second line of this file, which now says:

== Glosario

(this is the title of the page, Glossary in English).

If you want to have a different translation for this word, you will also need to translate it on line 51 of the file scripts/lang-es.conf, where it says:

^Glosario$=glossary

(Just change the "Glosario" part if so.) This is an AsciiDoc configuration file that I got from https://github.com/asciidoc/asciidoc/blob/master/lang-es.conf
