Enabling coupons bought with Giftcard depending on payment method

I'm having hard time with Commerce Coupon and Giftcards:

I need to enable (setting its status to 'true') the coupon bought with Giftcard on checkout only if the payment method is an electronic card (in opposition with electronic banking or invoice).

But I cant make Rules work.

Any tip would be welcome
