japerryAiming to do a release Monday, November 21. Only Bug fixes will go into this release, new features should be slated for 7.13.
rivimey@japerry please ensure that https://www.drupal.org/node/2808985 is included :-)
Please look at #2828620: Regression: View pane rendering misuses and floods cache and (related) #1910608: Ajax + Allow settings: Allowed settings lost on ajax (exposed forms/pager); Comment 1910608#comment-11776051 (and mine above that) are relevant. Both relate to the same issue, but perhaps #2828620 would be better focussed on a full fix while #1910608 ctools_cache_table_fix_1910608_48.patch might be a suitable temporary patch.
Issue #2645612: Attributes array doesn't populate classes has been causing pain still, and it seems #2645612 ctools-attributes-array-47-REVERSE.patch is the good fix. #2820042: Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in ctools_process is (I believe) a duplicate of #2645612.

izmeez commentedPlease also consider including #640226: Adding Book Navigation Block to panels and mini-panels

japerryI think we need to spend some time working on both #2828620: Regression: View pane rendering misuses and floods cache and #2645612: Attributes array doesn't populate classes. Since I committed to get the bugfixes in today, I made a release. We can move these into 1.13 and hopefully get them in then.

rivimeyjaperry, what is the issue around 2645612 ? We've had multiple reports that patch 47 is good...
damienmckennaIssues in #2645612 (which is RTBC) are irrelevant given that 1.12 has already been released. :-\
Comment #11
rivimeyI know about the release, but I don't understand what 'working on' there is to do...
