I don't know if there is a use case in which both the SMS Framework module and Twilio module would be enabled together, but both modules define the same permission: 'edit own sms number'. I was testing both modules and had enabled them at the same time; this was causing issues for me. It might be nice to note in the README that you cannot enabled this with SMS Framework at the same time without some wonkiness.

Mentioning this in README seems to be a good idea but to avoid any conflicts, I think we can change the permission details in .module file. Adding the patch file.
