Facets printing region out when empty [#2797167]

Region is printing its html tag, when there are no block active. Facets are getting pushed to pages they dont belong too.

To recreate issue, make facets and add them to a block region. After that go to home page and inspect html. U can see that region and html tags are printed.

You can also go to page.html.twig and do {{ dpm(region) }} and u will see facet in the debug.

You can make sure the block only shows on the page you want them to show up trough the block interface, I'm not sure if we should actually do something about this, and if we should I have no idea how.

PS: It seems you (like many others – it's really easy to misinterpret) are confused by the "Issue tags" field. As the guidelines state, they aren't meant for free text tags related to the issue, but only for specific categorization purposes, usually by module maintainers.
So, if you aren't sure your current usage is correct, please just leave the field empty.
