node translation + entity

Hello all,
first some info:

Drup 8.1.8
Migrate Plus 8.x-2.0-beta2+8-dev (2016-Aug-24)
Migrate Tools 8.x-2.0-beta1+3-dev (2016-Aug-04)
Migrate Upgrade 8.x-2.0-beta1+9-dev (2016-Sep-01)
Entity API 8.x-1.0-alpha3+2-dev (2016-Jun-23)

I cant translate body or any element in my content. CS to EN.
(and I found out news, that for D8, all tranlsations are in one node, not separated node for each lang version :))

First I thought its problem after migration:
I used core patch #40

to include entity reference fields in migration.

Content types are complete and content ok.
But cant see entity reference fields in admin/config/regional/content-language list (but ok for now).

PROBLEM:
When I try to translate, for example Body field is saying "All languages".
I found this error msg in "admin/structure/types/manage/test/fields/node.test.body/translate":

"The configuration objects have different language codes so they cannot be translated:
field.field.node.test.body: cs
field.storage.node.body: und"

And its showing languages CS, EN and NONE. None shouldn't be there.
It for all fields.

I tried to create new content type from scratch.
Entity reference field is then correctly in admin/config/regional/content-language list, but cant translate either, and bug msg is the same.

Could you please check that? Thanks!
