Another module for weixin(wechat).
One Weixin module are byproduct of umoney system. when umoney system online, the developer team standardize common used module and public it to open souce community,all module use same package name umoney.
One Weixin support wechat auth, message process, menu handle, and support multiple wechat in one site,it is useful for wechat operator.

Manual Review of the 8.x-1.x branch::

  • Please add ReamMe.md or at least provide some information in one_weixin.info.ynl to describe how to use module after installation and a link to a website to create/obtain Wx config.
  • Does this module is a D8 port of https://www.drupal.org/project/wechat module
  • I did not get the `default:` case in the one_weixin.module file line 22
  • There are some Forms in Form folder like one_weixin/src/Form/wxMessageSettingsForm.php that has empty submitForm method. you might consider extending ConfigFormBase Class.

Thanks for b.ravanbakhsh manual review, this module framework created by drupal console,which cause PAreview and manual review report empty implements.
I have add a README.md to describe how to use module after installation and how to apply wechat offcial accounts.
I have add a default git branch to avoid PAreview report error.
This module is NOT a D8 port of https://www.drupal.org/project/wechat module, there are so greate change in drupal 8 core frame work, it is hard to reuse d7 module, and, this module's main purpose is to support multiple wechat account operator, so we rewrite it from ground.
