I created a content type which contains both the media entity image field and the YAML form one.
The media entity image field has been created as an entity referenced field and configured as an ajax button that launches the Image Entity Browser in a modal window to choose images from the image library views or to upload new ones.
The YAML form field has been created and configured as an entity referenced field.
Case 1.
If I not use the form field then adding, editing and deleting images from a node work fine.
Case 2.
If I firstly add a form to a node and secondly try to add new images or delete existing ones then the ajax usage of the adding button and the removing button is disabled but the editing button works fine.

jrockowitz commentedIt is possible that #2782989: Uncaught PHP Exception LogicException in recent version was causing this problem. You should retest this issue using the 8.x-1.0-beta13release.
I need you to look at the error that is being logged in JavaScript console when the media entity field's AJAX behavior fails. The above ticket includes some examples of what I am looking for.

jrockowitz commented@nomadkz I would like to try to replicate your issue but I have never used the media and media entity image module. Is there a tutorial that you used to set up your current (and now broken) configuration.
