Problem/Motivation

We agreed on adding extensibility to resources by turning them into plugins, that way we can use the plugin system to alter the usual behavior of a resource.

Proposed resolution

Create a new plugin type for JSON API resources. Use the list of resources to create the routes necessary to add support for those resources.
