Follow-up to #2778777: Prev - Next doesn't work for Anonymous user

The project does not have the automated tests yet to test the functionality of the module. So I have disabled the automated testing on drupal ci so that it would not throw errors on the patches.

We'll enable it again when we'll introduce the tests in repo.
