Prev - Next doesn't work for Anonymous user

I have create a view as a block to appear on front page. As an authenticated user, I am able to see prev-next buttons on the blocks. But as an anonymous user it is not present, also when we "Inspect Element" we receive errors in console.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a view of FIELDS with Format as jQuer Caraousel and in settings, do select Next/Prev option to be TRUE.
