It should be useful to have a link to import currencies on the Currencies page (admin/commerce/config/currency). Attached patch adds it.

I don't see why this would be useful, there's already a tab to import currencies.

Agreed. Not sure there's a difference between tab VS blue button. Added a note to rediscuss.
