Is there anything stopping the maintainer to have this module github version on drupal.org as a dev version?

@nikathone: Nothing stops having this sync'ed across. It's only a matter of time constraint and having not worked on the github repo for a while now.

Looks like https://www.drupal.org/project/ik_constant_contact is a functional alternative for D8-10.
