ribelThis issue is caused by group module. It uses function from field_ui module, but don't have dependency or check if this module it's enabled.
$operations += field_ui_entity_operation($group_content_type);I have checked that it is already fixed in latest alpha7 version of group module. We use alpha5 version for now, but will update it soon.
For now you can just enable Field UI module and then it should work.

artatac commentedThank you Ronald. I work with a charity that uses OG for its intranet where ALL the groups are private! I am working on intranet 2 for them and it was going to be based on Commons 2. One of the issues I had was that if you created content in a group it inherited its permissions/members (obviously) but if you then created linked content it would not inherit the group information. The work flow idea was to create a meeting node and then quickly create linked content e.g. meeting minutes, meeting agenda and then display them within the node via tabs.
I attach a gif and the v7 module I used to do this in case it is of interest to your excellent project. I am not a coder but if I can be of use then let me know

ronaldtebrake commentedThanks again for the report, it should work now. We fixed it as part of the latest alpha 6 release by updating group to alpha 7 release.
