On Project page, there is no clear instructions about installing Jquery Flip plugin. Also its not there in README.txt file.

As per module, I can see that settings for jQuery flip library should be like this :

Library Folder Name : flip
Jquery Flip js location : flip/dist

So the actual path for library is :

sites/all/libraries/flip/dist/jquery.flip.min.js

Yeah, actually beginners will have a hard time using this module if they don't have experience using and instaLLing Libraries.

LuckiLy for me, I have experience in instaLLing Libraries so I understood very weLL what to do, this wiLL be good to have in the documentation.
