URL for GET-requests isn't built right [#2749813]

When using a simple gateway with $config['sms_simplegateway_method'] = 'GET', we only received error messages after updating this module to 7.x-1.0.

A quick look inside showed that the URL built for drupal_http_request looked like this:
https://gateway.somewhere.compass=mypass&message=my+message

A small patch is attached.
