Copyright violation in Triculin repo. Immediate removal necessary

This theme bundles a font known as "Myriad Apple" that is Copyright (c) 1992 Adobe Systems Incorporated. Myriad is also a trademark of Adobe Systems Incorporated.

It is normally sold as a commercial font, bundled with a kit that cost US $916, according to https://www.fonts.com/font/adobe/myriad

In other words, this is a copyright violation and font piracy. By uploading this to the Git repo on Drupal.org, you've put the Dupal Association at risk of having to pay restitution to Adobe for hosting this commercial font online.

YOU MUST REMOVE THIS FONT FROM YOUR REPO IMMEDIATELY, AND REBASE THE REPO SO THAT THE PIRATED FILES ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE IN THE PROJECTS HISTORY.

However, since this is piracy, to reduce the potential damage to the Drupal Association, the LWG will also request that the Drupal.org webmasters unpublish this project ASAP.

By including this third party font in your theme, you also violates the Drupal.org Git repo policy. This policy is described in the 3rd party libraries and content on Drupal.org. It also appears in the Drupal Git Repository Usage policy you agreed to when you signed up for Git access, which you may want to re-read, to be sure you're not violating other terms.

Uploading copyrighted materials to the Drupal.org Git repo is a serious violation of our terms of use, and may result in you loosing Git vetted access.

(Btw: These are not webfonts, and HTML5 browser support for embedding .TTF fonts is not rock solid these days. There is no font stack backup, so this theme, as designed, will fail in a lot of browsers.)

There are also some images included in your repo. You need to state clearly that all images are your own work. If these images are sourced from a third party, they too much be removed.

This notice has also been sent to nitish chopra (project owner) via the Drupal.org Contact form.

For avoidance of doubt: Any files not created for this project, and licensed under the GPL 2 or alter license, must be removed from the repo.
