Hi there. I've used regcode on one of my recent Drupal 7 sites, and it's worked fantastically. It's been rock solid for us, and let us do some amazing things with letting the users we want in.

Is there any plan to port regcode to Drupal 8? I'm just starting to work on a new site, to be deployed in September, that could really use regcode's functionality. I know with the code changes from 7->8 it certainly wouldn't happen quickly, but it would be nice to know if it's somewhere on the radar, or off it all together.

Hello everyone,
I'm the current maintainer of this module. I wouldn't call the module "abandoned", because I'll be taking care of the module security when there's a need.

However for the D8 port, I'd love to see if someone is willing to spend time on it. Please see #3022589: Looking for a new maintainer.

In this case I would love to develop a new version of the module for 8.x branch. Also, I can be a co-maintainer of the module.
