The Help text page is present but could be improved to be more like the Help text standard (for core and contrib).

Added -2.patch to git clone of --branch 8.x-1.x . Links work ok. Pushed on up to a recent live site to help customer manage 404’s

Fixing 404's will soon become an optioanl submodule, we'll have to figure out how to adjust this there.
