Metas for multiple subdomains

Updating a single page SEO through yoast those settings seem to duplicate on other pages of other sub-domains.Drupal shares same node (page) across all subdomains and those pages which are common has only 1 interface to change the settings i.e. Title and Metas.

So how can we make seperate titles and metas for every page?
