When I create a Signup form, drop downs (form-select) are not populating with the Options entered into Mailchimp.

I'm not sure if this is related to the "Fields" local task not populating, but it probably is.

I just checked Watchdog--a notice and warning every load:

"Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$choices in mailchimp_insert_drupal_form_tag() (line 1447 of /var/www/html/sites/all/modules/mailchimp/mailchimp.module)."
"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in mailchimp_insert_drupal_form_tag() (line 1447 of /var/www/html/sites/all/modules/mailchimp/mailchimp.module)."

Never really created a patch before, but gave it a shot. It's a simple change to apply if the patch isn't good.

As mentioned in #2, line 1447 throws an error and should be changed to:

foreach ($mergevar->options->choices as $choice) {
