When creating a new facet, lets enable the default sorts equally to what d7 did for new facets, being (in given order):
Facet active desc
Facet count desc
Display value asc

Tried to reproduce the test failure locally and I got a fail on php7 as well - tried to fix that. Also some other changes to clean up coding standards.

Hoping this'll be green, but not sure.
