See #2653346: Add UncacheableDependencyTrait: the opposite of UnchangingCacheableDependencyTrait: Wim just got the UncacheableDependencyTrait he wrote for our Views integration into Core, too. So as soon as 8.2.0 gets released, we should switch to using that and remove our own implementation.
