When Overlay Started It show nothing and and backside adds are display adtomatic [#2701793]

need urgent help pls
i have more than 5 sites which is played on Drupal 7.43 and when i click on module tool bar then overlay shows but nothing were appeared and there is two advertisements shown pls check on my site and give me some quick suggestion or else if you want to check the problem then link for it view-source:http://www.jobs247.in/#overlay=admin/modules

Changing status since there is no fix or patch that was reviewed here.

The screenshot suggests there's a JavaScript error on the page (see the red "X" with the "1" next to it visible in the debugger). You should probably check what that error is - it could be something caused by custom code or a contrib module that is preventing the overlay from loading?

Alternatively, perhaps the advertising iframes could be interfering here... I doubt that whatever code is adding those is intending to put them inside the overlay container, so you could investigate that code and try to figure out why it's doing that.

thanks @Divid_Rothstein for quick review as i said before i dont understand why it appear and i am newbie for drupal or any type of php coding or website development so i bit confused for that ... thank for your alternatively suggestion i will try to remove all js script but it is still showing that adds but when i disable core "overlay" module then no problem but i am bit confused that is google adsense stops showing ads on my site .

Wish I could help more, but not sure there's much else I can do. Perhaps some of the support options at https://www.drupal.org/support would be a better place to look for help... (Sometimes people do answer and help with support requests here in this issue queue, but it's not very common.)
