all the titles are missing in the listings for modules that are marked "not yet ported".

there is an empty span tag:

<span class="project-title"></span>

in that case.

Hrm... confirming, and, this bug was likely introduced by the patch in #265061: Add title and link for not (yet) upgraded modules :-/ Dunno what went wrong in there.

No, probably caused by #157514: Add possibility to retrieve a list of projects from the server. I just backed out that change on d.o and re-ran the script to generate the XML files. Please try again and see if things are back to normal again.
