Variable Enable Access

A ctools access plugin based on "enable"-type variables defined by the Variable module.

This tiny module adds an ctools access plugin. The access plugin can check variables of type "enable" defined with the Variable modules hook_variable_info() are enabled.

The use case could be to define a variable of type "enable" with hook_variable_info() and use it as some sort of feature flag for your site. You would then add the visibility rule "Variable is enabled" to panel panes you want to hide behind the feature flag.
