dahacouk commentedSo are you saying not using the https://www.drupal.org/project/hybridauth module?
gvsohttps://www.drupal.org/project/hybridauth only allows user registration to a Drupal site. We need to use the HybridAuth library to also autopost to social networking services. Not mentioning that this module has not been ported to D8 yet.

dahacouk commentedCool.
So, would we be effectively saying use this new Social API D8 HybridAuth module (using Composer Manager) instead of the porting the current one?
If you do mean that then perhaps we could get support from current maintainers/users as this is quite a popular module, yeah?
If that's the direction, then when you are ready, we can make a comment in the following issues to gather support:
But, err, perhaps you are already "on the case"! ;-)
gvsoI will test the module tomorrow. I only reviewed the code as I didn't have a D7 installation available
Yes, we'll need maintainers/users' help to implement the 'Login with' functionality. We could actually rebuilt the D8 version of the module to work as we expect.

gvsoHybridAuth library is now being downloaded with composer.
How to test?:
modules/composer_manager/scriptsphp init.phpcomposer drupal-updateThere must be a folder called hybridauth in ./vendor now.
Note: If you follow the first 3 steps and then download social_api with drush, it will automatically download HybridAuth.

gvsoThis is a screenshot of https://www.drupal.org/project/hybridauth in D7. I like the configuration options, but instead of having a long list, I would prefer that there will be different small modules to login with a specific social networking service.
Thus, we'll have a module for login with Facebook, and other to login with Twitter, etc.

gvsoAs the architecture has been changed, we no longer need to use HybridAuth library as part of the main Social API module.
