Retargeting Pixel implementation instructions

Insert the retargeting tags near the top of the page, immediately after the tag. This allows the pixel request to be sent to XFP in the event that the user presses the STOP button or navigates away from the page.

Have a look at the JS Injector module. It allows you to add custom JS in different places of your HTML markup.
