for a good accesibility the tables needs the atribute "summary" like this:

<table summary="calendar">
<tr>
etc..
...

Is it posible to add this on the calendar block?

This can probably already be done on the theming layer.

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
