Instead of +1ing your own company I'd prefer to see some edits to the marketplace page listing your drupal contributions. There is a form field for this. ;)

Indeed... let's all +1 our own listing and set it to reviewed!

I think contributions need to contain links or evidence, as I constantly see people just writing what they can.

Check other listings, and you will see that contributions to the employees profiles show up on the page (here's a similar sized US example of that happening - https://www.drupal.org/enjoy-creativity). It's now automated so it makes it much easier for us to sieve through this.

I can barely see anything on all 4 of your profiles, and certainly no commits as you write about. Even if it is "offline" such as sponsorship, then add a link to your Sponsorship! It benefits the reviewers and yourselves too.
