I am working on a site on which I have to implement exactly what the module provides. As mentioned in the issue on github as well, I would like to help with maintaining the module, so that I could create a stable release for community benefits.
Could you please add me as a maintainer and grant me access to create new releases?

I believe its due to the sandbox author permission problem.
As we do not transfer the sandbox projects to other authors.

Please confirm the few things : shortname of the project ? I have the access to promote the project.

However it seems to be an issue on drupal infra.
