ajitsI got the access for the module alright. However, I am not able to promote it as a full project. I do not see any option to do so.

naveenvalechaI believe its due to the sandbox author permission problem.
As we do not transfer the sandbox projects to other authors.

Please confirm the few things : shortname of the project ? I have the access to promote the project.
However it seems to be an issue on drupal infra.
