Hi,
some days ago I've read the article SocialHistory.js: See Which Sites Your Users Visit. The functionality provided by SocialHistory.js is to find out if an users visited a certain website (given by URL). This could be used to personalize the list of shown bookmark services and unclutter the page.
Then, I could imagine to have the options to make some service links always appear in the list or to have a default list which is shown if the user did not visit one of the checked pages which is the case when the internet cache is freshly cleared.
