Required is not set on options_onoff case in optionwidgets_module

After a long debugging session, we figured out that the case statement in optionwidgets_widget function
doesn't respect the required value for options_onoff field.

I am attaching a patch against 5.x-1.7

Which seems to fix the problem, but experts should tell me if I am breaking something else
