breadcrumbs link issue

Hi,

First of all thanks for the great module. I'm hoping someone can help: I'm having issues with the breadcrumbs in panelizer :

When setting the breadcrumbs in /admin/structure/types/manage/venue/panelizer/page_manager/breadcrumbs, they don't display on my panelized page (full page override).

So I set them up as a panel in the content for my panel page... this worked to some extent, but I'm now facing a different issue:

Each breadcrumb is not separated, and it makes one big link, with one big address concatenating all links together (see below screenshot panels breadcrumbs issue.jpg ).

Obviously this is not normal, am I missing a setting somewhere?
