When migrate is present because a migration has been made but then it's disabled, it can produce errors as the file is included in files[] but classes are not present.

The patch is 3 years old, but still applied cleanly to the latest 7.x-1.x-dev and like the related issues fixes this error for the 'MigrateDestinationEntity' class so changing the status to RTBC.
