Migrate ImceImage to Drupal 8 ImageField

I have a Drupal 6 site that is using ImceImage extensively, and now require a method to migrate to the Drupal 8 Image Field.

In order to do this I have written a Drupal 8 migration template, and a few supporting modules that should neatly integrate into the Drupal 6 to Drupal 8 Migrate-Upgrade process.

Please note, you need to ensure this imceimage module (code attached) is copied to the modules folder and then enabled prior to running the migration upgrade process.

I am sharing here in case anybody else may find this module useful in their migrations. Please feel free to ask if you need any help.
