I installed this module in a Drupal 6.2 install but can't administer it. I activated the module but have no idea how to reach the settings.

You can find the filter under: /admin/settings/filters

A section to activate this filter will be displayed:

[x] Video Filter
    Substitutes [video:URL] with embedded HTML.
