After the update our entire site went black and logs were filled with:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function range() on string in /.../public_html/sites/all/modules/views_php/views_php.module on line 157

Not sure what went wrong, but reverting the update solved the issue.

Should be fixed in the latest dev.

Nope, still black. Or is one of the commits not yet packaged into dev?

It can take a few hours for the dev release to rebuild. Try downloading it now and let me know if it works for you.

It seems Drupal.org has been having issues building releases today. They said it should clear up within the next hour or so.

The infrastructure team has fixed the releases, you should have access to alpha3 now.
