Creating a term view for sibling terms in /taxonomy/term/ url with panelizer, the option to choose "include current term" is never visible.

With the patch attached, the checkbox renders and administrator can configure the option properly.

The 3 year old patch to term_list.inc applied cleanly to the latest ctools 7.x-1.x-dev and (if applicable) still needs review.
