Notes content type

A notes content type has been add.
It permits to store various notes associated with an organization, a project or a task.
You can use it, for example, for specific configurations of an organization or a project,
instead to have these infomations in email or in files on the hard disk.

The feature is already available on the online demo and committed to the cvs.
