GMap Taxonomy Markers does not take into account Entity Reference fields

Problem/Motivation

When referencing taxonomy terms using Entity Reference the terms referenced are not taken into account when deriving the marker for a node. In gmap_taxonomy_get_instances() only Taxonomy Reference fields are taken into account.

Proposed resolution

Load both Entity Reference and Taxonomy Reference fields in gmap_taxonomy_get_instances(). Update gmap_taxonomy_node_update() if needed.

• Write a patch to incorporate Entity Reference fields.
