Not compatible with title module when embedding terms

When editing a term using IEF, and you have title module enabled, the code in TaxonomyTermInlineEntityFormController::entityFormSubmit copies the format and description values from the processed entity into different places in the processed entity.

This is contrary to core, which gets the values from $form_state and puts them into the entity before saving, in taxonomy_form_term_submit_build_taxonomy_term.

Basically, if you have title module and you use IEF on an entity reference field that references terms, then when editing you'll replace the description with the first character of the description, whoops!
