To change the label you have to edit the body field on the ministry content type. Here is a quick link:

/admin/structure/types/manage/ministry/fields/node.ministry.body

I have gone to /admin/structure/types/manage/ministry/fields/node.ministry.body and changed the text but it still says the same thing on the ministry page

I have made a change that will allow you to customize those labels. Previously they were hardcoded.
