Multiple choice question - Add choice button bug

When creating a multiple choice question that needs more than the default 2 choices, the add choice button is pretty buggy.

1. Populate the first 2 choice and tick one as correct answer
2. Click Add Choice button
3. All the choices disappear - completely - data included.

At this stage, if you save, the refreshed page will give you 3 choices, but without any data in it. So you lose the data entered

So, to bypass the bug, at this stage, you'll have to keep Adding Choice + Save up to the point you have the needed choices available - then fill in the choices, tick the correct answer, and save.
