Plan for Commerce Discount 7.x-1.0 release

Tagging for the Drupal 7 Commerce sprint. I'd like to see a bump to a stable release. We're pretty much there, the "alpha" is turning people away from using the module.

Greetings, are the module maintainers able to identify what else needs to be in the 1.0 release? Since 7.x-1.0-beta5 on 19 December 2017 there have been 3 commits for the following issues:

#2932540: commerce_discount_line_item_title() fails when the discount doesn't exist anymore
#2932989: Product discount rules does not respect previous price calculation rules on product pages
#2940086: Offer type code depends on discount reference being set

@mglaman, could you provide a list of open issues that are preventing a 7.x-1.0 release of Commerce Discount?

Like most Drupal 7 modules, Commerce Discount is not actively developed. There is no list of blockers nor a plan for future releases, other than work guided by client funding.

No release has been made in 4 years and security coverage is missing because there is no stable release.

Bumping this to critical, if that makes sense to you? Releasing a 1.0 now should be straight forward.
