Offer to co-maintain the Page Title module (to deprecate it)

tl;dr: Yes.

Metatag has an internal hierarchy:

• Global defaults
  • Entity type defaults
    • Entity bundle defaults
      • Per-entity overrides

Each level can be controlled individual for each item, e.g. you can have one global default, a different default for nodes than what's used for terms, a different one for each content type, and then finally override the values for individual nodes; at each level if there isn't a value for a particular meta tag it inherits from the parent.

Per the official process for dealing with abandoned projects I'm transferring this to the Project Ownership project to politely request that I be added as a comaintainer so that I can work towards the plan of deprecating this module and pushing people to Metatag instead.
