Right now, there's no way to translate the "Link" field label that appears in the "Edit atom properties" CKEditor dialog. Attaching a patch to fix that.

Something simple like that should be enough I guess ; overall our handling of CKEditor language seems a bit strange, but at least that way, the Link label will be in the same language as the rest of the dialog.
